"From May 1st to September 30th, we require a 3 to 6-night stay when booking any weekend night if more than 3 months out and a 2 to 3-night weekend stay if booked less than 2 months away from the dates you want to book.
1 night stays are approved on case by case basis and typically accepted during the week in peak season and 99 percent of the time in off season times.
Lake front cottage on Campau Lake with free hot swim spa, outdoor pool, campfire, gas grill, and great view Sunshine cottage on Campau Lake just 20 minutes to Downtown Grand Rapids. This lakefront 2 bedroom with studio room for a king bed with waterfront is great and has a gas grill, firepit and access to all the fun you can plan with a relaxing location and a nice little town for everything you need just minutes away. We have transportation options if you want to get around.

This is the cottage not shared single story with a few other cottages next to them if you want to add on a few families this is the "ENTIRE HOUSE" not shared private to your group. None of our listings are Shared the AIRBNB term shared means you rent a room in someone's place. Our locations are private to your group, your rental is ISOLATED no access within your rental by others. We have upgrades available to the other larger house ask for upgrades $100 - $300 per night pending group size. UP GRADES ...The 4-story house may have 4 levels and you rent the top 3 or the lower level like just like a hotel is locked off and ISOLATED, likewise the lower level is ISOLATED from upper levels. See shared areas like parking, dumpster, volleyball court or kayaks, basketball, heated swim pool spa, and indoor swim pool add ons . We have unshared transportation provided DADDS MAGIC BUS and limousine.

We have a great place on the water and just a short fun ride in our free uber fleet or limousine services now start the fun and enjoy your friends! We have a uber network of drivers or company limousine for your services discounted after agreed spend limit tips not included. Make your stay an experience, free beer tastings at the Campau corner fresh meat market with pizza from Mikes discounted 15% then, plan the fun with add ons during your stay. Rent the pontoon boat delivered to your dock.
Contact us for access and we will turn off alarm upon arrival, we have a guest check in person that may or will stop by and check your group size along with a ring service so please be honest about other guests as we charge $25 per person for extra guests past 9pm and $20 one time for linen fee for extra guests past your preapproved guests. Prep clean fee includes linens is $20 per person, pets are extra $100 each.

We are in a very safe area, and you can feel assured you need not worry!
This is on a Lake Campau and Kettle Lake, and we are on a cul-de-sac with vacation rentals in the last 4 houses.

We have a guest check in person that and if not available will get your code for you by text and check on you if needed.
We have an open-door policy.
This means you can add guests up to and including after your arrival.
The fees for your guests will be calculated after you decide your done adding or inviting guests and giving us your final total.
Extra guests are $25 per night and a 1 time prep clean and linen fee $20 per person less what you already pay in your original requested fee typically $20 to note the per person rate ideally a red flag to note it's still due because of such a low amount.
This can be deducted or will be taken from your deposit if not paid along with any damages or not cleaned or missing items.
We prefer to clear this up before your arrival if your open-door guests' numbers are certain, however we can wait until 24 hours before check-out if you prefer and need time to get your open-door numbers finalized.
This is much like a fridge in a hotel with fresh beverages as you consume them you will have to eventually pay at check out.

Every place we have open door policies people are honest good guests and pay balances or deduct it from the deposit or are put on lists for not doing so and actions taken to remedy nonpayment.
We hope to clear this up before the 24 hours of your departure.
Turn in up to 10% of your rental receipts Uber/ Lyft receipt for transportation for refund on your rental, or upgrade to our limo service 10% off services at DADDS MAGIC BUS AND LIMOUSINE.
Good only if you paid for nights stayed at our locations. Good only if either you did not get a uber/lyft code, or it would not work with some driver's restrictions apply.

We enjoyed our stay here. Cute interior, ample sleeping space, and beautiful yard area. Communication was a bit confusing, as we were given an unclear address for the actual location of the Airbnb until the day of when I asked. It was farther than we expected from downtown GR. The floors were also a bit dusty/dirty when we arrived. Overall, a pleasant stay though and the host was responsive and check in was easy! :)

AIRBNB HOSTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE YOU OUTSIDE OF AIRBNB APP. I did not know this before this reservation. The host charged me a total of $850 through Venmo on top of the Airbnb payment. Here is what he charged me: - Cleaning Fee - $60 - Down Deposit - $500 - Prep Fee - $40 - Event Fee - $250 (Had a surprise birthday party on the lawn) This host also wanted to charge me per guest that came to visit that stayed after 9 pm; I had to count how many people were staying the night, how many planned on coming to hang out during the day, and how many cars we anticipated. All of this on top of the extra payments through Venmo was extremely stressful and I wanted to cancel before the reservation had even started. If you have allergies to pets, do not stay here. I have allergies to pets and because there was a pet cleaning fee thought that I would be okay; after the first night, I was not able to stay there due to asthma from allergies and drove between our home in Grand Rapids and the rental. After attempting to sleep there the second night, we packed up and headed home at 11:30 pm. I messaged the host the next morning about this issue, and he said that it was a disappointment to both of us and that he wished we hadn’t rented this place all weekend because other Airbnb guests had wanted to rent it. While he misunderstood that the rest of our family was able to sleep there still for the weekend, there was no apology given for the condition of the house nor the statement about being a disappointment. Given the chance, I would never stay here again nor at any of his rental locations.

This was a sweet spot. Frank and his team did everything to make our stay as good as possible. The house is quaint and a little rustic, but certainly adequate, and the grounds and lake are lovely. Would definitely stay here again.
