What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, in accordance with local noise ordinances.
Please respect neighbors and keep noise levels low.
Some properties have noise monitoring devices. Guests will receive one warning before further action is taken.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted inside any property.
Smoking is allowed outside only, preferably on balconies and away from doors and entrances.
Please dispose of cigarette waste properly.

  • Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $250 fee

  • Guests may be asked to vacate the property if smoking occurs indoors

How do I access the property?
All properties use smart locks.
Your access code will be provided after 11:00 AM on the day of arrival. Codes are changed regularly for security.

Is high-speed Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Wi-Fi is suitable for general work and streaming (unless uploading or downloading extremely large files).

However, we strongly recommend bringing your own beach or pool towels, as we have a limited supply.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is typically between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise stated in your booking details.

Is on-site parking available?
Yes. Most of our properties offer off-street parking. Guests are required to park in designated driveways or parking lots only. Street parking is not permitted, as streets must remain clear for emergency vehicles. Please refer to your guestbook or check-in instructions for the exact parking location for your rental.

What is the maximum occupancy?
The maximum occupancy is based on the sleeping capacity of the property and cannot be exceeded.
You may update your guest count under our Open Door Policy, but:
