"From May 1st to September 30th, we require a  3 to 6-night stay when booking any weekend night if more than 3 months out and a 2 to 3-night weekend stay  if booked less than 2 months away from the dates you want to book.
1 night stays are approved on case by case basis and typically accepted during the week in peak season and 99 percent of the time in off season times. 
Waterfront home great location with swim pool spa out your door year-round with skating parties and kayaks smart tv 50-inch with streaming Wi-Fi, walk out slider to 8 burner gas grill, hot swim pool 14ft x 8ft spa, firepit volleyball and dock to fish on the lake.  Plenty of parking in drive car port. Just minutes to Grand Rapids Airport and 17 min downtown Grand Rapids and we offer car service or limo party bus service we own DADDS Magic Bus and limo NOTE this is on CAMPAU and Kettle Lake.

Great location on Campau Lake search lake maps... with swim pool spa private use for your group.  Smart 50-inch streaming Wi-Fi and walk out slider to 8 burner gas grill, swim spa, firepit volleyball, kayaks and dock to fish on the lake.  Plenty of parking in drive car port. Just minutes to Grand Rapids Airport and 17 min downtown Grand Rapids and we offer car service or limo party bus service we own DADDS Magic Bus and limo NOTE this is on CAMPAU LAKE our main office is in Grand Rapids at on Turner (DONT GO THERE!)  w/Limousine uber rate-GR.

You are welcome to access all areas of this single-story house this is a one-bedroom house with 1 bathroom and is nice for a family with kids sleeping on a few couch beds and a day bed and one full in the bedroom. The community areas are the yard games like volleyball the swim pool spa and the docks and kayaks and lake toys and trash container across the street. Remember do not park on the street say in your driveway please and avoid using or intruding on other guests if they are using that area just wait, they won't use the area for that long before you can use it next. contact person and overall manager and owner, we have a maintenance person also that will be included on the text for any issues you might have please text as we have 3-4 people monitor this text.

This is on a cul-de-sac, and we own the lot across the street to park your vehicles.

We have a guest check in person that and if not available will get your code for you by text and check on you if needed, your first 4 guests are covered in the clean prep fee in in billing at approx. $20 per person.
We have an open-door policy.
This means you can add guests up to and including after your arrival.
The fees for your guests will be calculated after you decide your done adding or inviting guests and giving us your final total.
Extra guests are $25 per night and a 1 time prep clean and linen fee $20 per person less what you already pay in your original requested fee.
This can be deducted or will be taken from your deposit if not paid along with any damages or not cleaned or missing items.
We prefer to clear this up before your arrival if your open-door guests' numbers are certain, however we can wait until 24 hours before check-out if you prefer and need time to get your open-door numbers finalized.
This is much like a fridge in a hotel with fresh beverages as you consume them you will have to eventually pay at check out.
Prior to arrival to property pay check-in prep fee $75 min or $20 per person
whichever is greater less amount PAID in app.

Trash pick-up is Thursday. Please put your trash in the dumpster at the end of the street. 

Property must be less like it was when you're right other than the linens that must be placed by the foot of the bed.

Dishes must be clean them put away like it was when you arrived.

Any yard toys must be put back where they were when you found them to include kayaks tied up.

Turn in up to 10% of your rental receipts or one nights round trip transfer receipt for transportation for refund on your rental, or upgrade to our limo service $12.50 per person each way or approx. $30 per person for 4 -5-hour local rental min # paid seats required.
Good only if you paid for nights stayed at our locations. Good only if either you did not get a uber/lyft code, or it would not work with some driver's restrictions apply.

I knew it was older lake cabin, no worries it was nice. The weather didn’t cooperate so was unable to enjoy the property to it’s fullest. My complaints: there were ants on the kitchen counters, no matter how many I killed more came back. So they need to get that under control, but again early season rental probably fine in middle of June. The hot tub is shared and actually sits on another cabins patio, so could be strange if you and your neighbors don’t know each other. My experience was fine, if you want a lake front get away with some cool stuff around including pretty good restaurants I would recommend this place. Communication was fantastic, owner is super nice.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. BUT… the initial address given was not the address of the house so we have to drive another 30 minutes to get to the house. The house was clean, rustic and ideal for us 3 people and a dog. We enjoyed the amenities especially the billiards and kayaks. Also our dog enjoyed running around the property.

The hosts responded promptly to all communications and accommodated an after-hours check-in which was thoroughly appreciated. Unfortunately, the interior was plagued by a pungent odor (think uncooked chicken left in a trashcan for a couple of weeks) that was a dealbreaker for our wedding night and resulted in a last-minute pivot to Embassy Suites. While I can't comment too much on the rest of the facilities due to our short stay (less than 30 minutes), everything appeared visually clean and in great working order likely making for a great family or friends group weekend getaway. I would still recommend, just planning to show up during normal check-in hours and not be too exhausted to dialogue with the hosts if some special request or additional cleaning is needed (both of which I anticipate they would both promptly and thoroughly address).
