During peak season we require All 4 levels to be rented, not just the upper 3 floors. Please see our 4 story listing. 
"From May 1st to September 30th, we require a  3 to 6-night stay when booking any weekend night if more than 3 months out and a 2 to 3-night weekend stay  if booked less than 2 months away from the dates you want to book.
1 night stays are approved on case by case basis and typically accepted during the week in peak season and 99 percent of the time in off season times. 
Waterfront family getaway! Hot tubs do not transmit virus see govt picture of statement. Weekdays dates, we will take 2-night stay. Peak season we will take a 2-night weekend stay if less than 14 days away or there is not a 4 night stay available.
(We will only rent this location if the 4-story rental is not rented already and its 14 days prior to the rental in peak season.

You can access all parts of the house except garage and lower level unless its not booked then we may open it up to your group for a upgrade fee and $12 per bed used for your group.

There's a great school on the corner with a perfect playground and the lake has great people to visit if you're out boating on our pontoon boat you can rent at the property from our site 4rentus and in the winter you can ice fish or go sliding or skiing at Cannonsburg or Pando for tubing and we have kids bounce packages at skyzone just grab our discounted limo package for the kids.

All deposits will be refunded after 14 days after your stay if no damages are found and/or any fees not payed. Great parking areas across the street and on a culdesac no neighbors across the street, and we have discounts from Paradise pizza just mention the blue roof house, contact Sandra at the local bar/tavern called the Night Hawk for catering. We have a great casino trip, brewery or wine tour and great golf packages with 3 courses within 10 minutes. Fishing on the water at the house or rent a fishing boat or yacht off 4rentus site or rent the pontoon boat for your stay also. We have a play ground at the corner for basketball swings and slides the kids love it, and a bait shop and party store less than a mile away.

upon arriving the house wasnt ready, so we was upgraded to different house, but had to pay an additional $200 to michael. which he told us would be refunded n never did. house was not as described in photos. very disgusting all the way around. no beds made, mold in fridge, bath broken, hot tub gross, profanity,sexual gestures, racial slurs written all over walls up stairs. this place should not even be able to be rented. I basically was scammed out of extra money, and house was disgusting. after driving 12 straight hours I was ready to relax n couldn't even do that. I will never rent from them again.

We stayed at this rental with a multigenerational group of 19 and had a great time overall. The house was spacious and comfortable, and we especially appreciated that the double bunk beds. Lake access was excellent for swimming, kayaking, and canoeing, and the younger crowd loved the swim platform and canoe races. Some communication felt automated, with certain responses coming from the rental agency’s bot. I recommend asking upfront for a full list of additional fees for early arrival and late departure or extended stays. The washer and dryer are listed in the description but were labeled “staff only” and the washer water was shut of. The tap water is well water; it tasted fine to us, but you might prefer to bring your own drinking water. Be aware there are no main floor bedrooms, and the “Campau Upper 3 Level” listing does not include the basement level. That is an additional cost. Overall, this was a fun property with plenty of room for a large group, but future guests should read the listing carefully and confirm all details before booking.

Stayed with 10 of my friends for one night to celebrate one if their 50th birthday. House is huge.. plenty of space!!! Great open space around thr kitchen to hang out; and a table long enough to fit us all! Perfect for game night!! Hottub on second floor, outside primary bedroom. It was nice, but temperature didn't stay above 100 for very long. Ended up feeling more lime a warm bath.. it could've been because of such low temperatures, but either way, kind of a bummer. There is a second unit below you, so you definitely can't be extremely or even slightly loud, bc they'll hear it all! there was a strange room on the top floor or 3rd floor.. the door was oprn3d when we got there, but it looked like a creepy cat room!? it was bizarre!! There were kid's names and little messages written all over the wall. Thought that was a little weird!! So then we concluded that the door, most likely, was not supposed to be open when we got there. But honestly, overall we had a great time!!!

Franks place was great. Quiet area and easy to find. We only needed 2 beds, so Frank worked with us on price. He also allowed us to check in early which was extremely helpful. The interior could use a bit of updating, but it was clean, comfortable and he was easy to work with! We ran out of time so missed out on using the hot tub!

We definitely could not have stayed more than one night. We were a group of professionals for a one night retreat. We arrived and we had to make the beds. The home is in general need of repair. THey said it was a 3pm check-in time but they were still cleaning until 4pm. Overall fair to disappointing.

Place was incredible and the host was very attentive, flexible, and extremely accommodating. It’s not a modern, new home. It’s been well played in, which helps if you have a lot of kids for all the bunk beds they have. Enjoyed all the fireplaces! The two main bedrooms have no privacy from each other in that one is a completely open concept with the main downstairs living room and the upstairs bedroom has no door. So if you have two couples hoping for any romance… just a head’s up.

Frank's place was perfect for our group of 16. There was more than enough beds. Plenty of towels and bed sheets. Gas station, dollar general, and mikes pizza are 3 -5 minute drive from the property. The hot tubes were a plus! Especially after an evening or snow tubing and skiing. Overall I'm pleased with our stay. Our host is was always available to answer questions and make it very easy to check in & our. Will definitely stay here again for future trips.

Was a great last minute booking the day of our original AirBnb booking cancelation.Thankfully they accepted within hours and my daughters 18th birthday sleepover happened. Many, many messages sent via AirBnb which were a bit confusing and repetitive. Texts too and finally a group text with what I'm guessing are the property manager and an owner. Huge house, we had all 3 floors and 2 hot tubs. House was clean and the guy who opened the house was friendly showing me everything. Only cleaning issues I have is the bedding in the closet all smelled unwashed, like human sweat. We didn't want to sleep on them so we all slept on top of a comforters with blankets on top. There were flies in the kitchen as well when we arrived. We did enjoy our stay despite these minor issues. Was just really glad my daughter's 18th birthday party happened. And because of the location change, a few more of her friends were able to come celebrate. I have screenshots of all communications.

I don’t typically go out of my way to leave bad reviews but this experience was absolutely terrible and went against my gut feeling after reading some previous reviews thinking maybe it was a fluke thing, and this home fit our groups needs pretty well. Upon arrival the house conditions were well below what we expected given the cost of the the rental but with a group size of 18 our options for relocation were very limited. Lots of very poor quality and just plain worn out components of this home, The house was also double booked (our Airbnb and one through their private website) during our stay and a wedding party of 35 people showed up within 30 minutes after the water in the house was completely shut off on our group Most of our group was in a training event for the Saturday portion of our stay, and the wives were forced to deal with the situation with the host and his maintenance crew. The wedding party was told they would have access to the house that evening and never communicated to them the water was not working, additionally our group hadn’t even committed to leaving the house at this point because we were hopeful it could be fixed to finish the stay. Luckily we had some communication with the wedding party and they were understanding of the situation and the host of this house has been caught in a lie or some kind of scam to overbook the house and force people out. After bringing the issues to the hosts attention and realizing things would not be made right for us we had to relocate our entire group because after 6+ hours there was no water and the maintenance crew says Monday-Tuesday at the earliest which was the remainder of our stay with no running water.. the host then proceeds starts accusing our group of smoking marijuana in the house and says the water is now magically fixed less than 30 minutes after our group had loaded all our stuff and moved on. If you like stained mattresses made for prison, Jenky bunk bed frames built out of 2x4s and deck screws jammed into makeshift bedrooms, and water stains in the drywall and don’t mind not flushing the toilets then this might be the place for you.. overall complete train wreck of a stay though. One perk I guess, is the host was flexible with some last minute changes prior to arrival as our group grew from 15 to 18 in the month prior to our booking as this was a company event and we had a few last minute add ins. As well as our dog sitter canceled so we paid their fee with prior approval to bring the dogs, then the host tried to spin that back afterwards like he was doing us some huge favor by allowing 3 extra people into this house built to accommodate 25+
