"From May 1st to September 30th, we require a 3 to 6-night stay when booking any weekend night if more than 3 months out and a 2 to 3-night weekend stay if booked less than 2 months away from the dates you want to book.
1 night stays are approved on case by case basis and typically accepted during the week in peak season and 99 percent of the time in off season times.
This lakeside retreat offers a peaceful and serene environment where you can relax and enjoy nature. With two cottages next to each other, this rental is perfect for group getaways or large families.

The Sunny Days cottage has 3 bedrooms, a studio with pool table ping pong and second kitchen with views of lake and hot swim pool spa by the fire table and tiki, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 18 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the other bedroom has a day bed and the studio has 4 bunk beds and a trundle. The Sunshine cottage has 2 bedrooms, a studio, and a game room with 2 futons and another bunk bed, sleeping up to 12 guests. You also have the option to add a travel trailer, which can sleep an additional 10-12 guests.

The property is packed with amenities for all ages, including a swim pool spa, waterfront docks, kayaks, canoes, row boats, and a volleyball court. You can also enjoy the outdoors with gas grills, 2 firepits, 2 gas grills 2 game rooms and a scenic path around the lake for daily exercise routines. Inside the cottages, you'll find comfortable furnishings, 3 kitchens, and 3 baths for your convenience.

We had a wonderful time working with our hosts. They were friendly, professional, and attentive. All of our questions were answered promtly and there was always an open line of communication. Both of the cabins we stayed in were lovely and well stocked. Plenty of beds, blankets, towels, and seating areas. This was ideal for our 20 person party. Everyone slept very comfortably and arose to a lovely sunrise over the lake. We kayaked, floated, hot tubbed, and much more at this spacious air bnb. They had so much for us all to do for such a reasonable price. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Overall positive experience. Lake access was nice along with the hot tub. The house had lots of beds and access. No issues with the neighborhood. Property is under construction but was communicated in the messages. The automatic communications can be a bit much and confusing but just confirm your group size, date and time and the rest can be put on the back burner.

Yard and lakefront needed a little work but overall a very fun weekend stay! Only real negative thing I could possibly point out was that the second house was getting an addition that we weren’t aware of, however it did not interfere whatsoever with our stay. Had a very good time.

Properties were great for a sports group traveling. Not much privacy for couples in the king beds. The automatic responses made things a little difficult to follow when communicating with hosts. It all worked out in the end. The hot tub was great when it got up to temp. The builds are older cottages. Happy we were able to use their linens. The hosts stayed in contact the entire stay which was nice. The maintenance man was there when we checked in which was also nice. We were busy so didn’t get to use any of the lake amenities or grills or fire tables so we can’t speak about those. Quiet area, beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

We rented two houses next door to each other for a family reunion. The houses are older cottages and not in perfect repair (some soft wood on deck steps, a loose closet door, dryer not working) but that was ok as it meant we didn’t worry about kids breaking things or needing to keep stuff perfect. The houses were mostly clean, but floors had clearly not been mopped. The beds were comfortable enough and there were plenty of them, although most were full size, so having two adults on each (as would be needed to fit as many people as the listing stated) would be pretty cozy. The owner and property manager were quick to respond to texts to answer questions. The biggest issue was the written communication. The listing itself was very confusing and we did not have a clear expectation of what the property would include until we arrived. It seemed like everything had been written by AI and not edited. The "self-help" packet was only available electronically and was mostly advertisements for the owners' other businesses or other local attractions, with minimal helpful information for the stay. We were given three different sets of check-out instructions (all of which we had to search through copious unhelpful information to find), so we just did our best there. There was lots of very confusing information about sharing the hot tub, even though we had both properties so we didn't have to worry about it. I even offered to edit the listing for the owner but wasn't taken up on that.

Nice location on the lake. A few things needing repair but not enough to effect the trip. This may have just been me but the AC is window units instead of central air which was just my assumptions so some rooms were warmer than others. We also went on a 90+ degree week.
